Serve

At our church, we believe life is a long-term mission trip, and every day is a short-term mission opportunity. God's word makes it clear that it's our job to share the love of Christ with people we see every day, and this mission not only impacts those we serve, but it is a pathway to spiritual transformation in our own lives.

Every week volunteers serve with the heart of Jesus to make our weekly gathering experiences more impacting. All are welcome to serve in a number of opportunities. Simply click HERE to offer your assistance and we will do our best to get you connected.

There are so many ways to serve locally through Destiny, as well as getting involved in global efforts to spread the Gospel of Christ.

This mission is accomplished through partnering together in willing offering our:

TIME - to give effort and energy to serve

TALENT - using your special gifting to meet needs

TREASURE - financially supporting ministry

We want to empower you to do the work God has called you to. Get involved today!

Serving on Sundays

We exist to bring glory to God by making disciples through gospel-centered worship, community, service, and ministry. The process of our discipleship is one that requires relationship. At Destiny, we are intentional about all these aspects of discipleship.

Sunday Gatherings

Our Sunday morning gathering are the beginning for most people at Destiny. We are always looking for people who can serve in areas of ministry such as: greeting, coffee bar, kids, music, sound, media, and more.

Before serving at Destiny, we ask everyone to attend our NEXT STEPS class. You can sign up here.

Thinking Locally

Destiny not only desires to make a difference in our local communities, but also takes a leading role in meeting the needs of people in our cities. We have intentionally established these serving opportunities for everyone to be able to engage in ministering to others:

  • Annual SERVE Day (summer)
  • Christmas Angel Tree
  • Monthly serving at homeless shelter
  • Food program for kids

If you'd like to get involved, please contact us today!

Thinking Globaly

God's mission plan for the Church is to train and send people to those who have not heard or have not experienced the love of Jesus in their lives.

As Jesus left this world, His parting words to His disciples were: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you."

We challenge you to serve and make disciples with us.
